Short answer

In some cases, you can reduce waiting time by purchasing higher priority in the order queue. Priority options are not always available and depend on current workload.

How order speed is determined

All orders in RetouchMe are edited manually by real photo or video designers.

Orders are processed in a queue, and the speed of processing depends on overall demand and order complexity.

Because of this, not all orders can be sped up at all times.

Priority processing option

On the order waiting screen, you may see an option to purchase higher priority in the queue.

Important to know:

  • Priority moves your order ahead in the queue

  • It does not guarantee instant or fixed completion time

  • Priority availability depends on current workload

  • Not all orders will see this option

If priority is available, it will appear directly on the order waiting screen.

Does a subscription affect order speed?

Some subscription plans may include priority processing or improved queue positioning.

The exact effect depends on your subscription plan and current workload.

Priority does not override manual editing or quality checks.

What does NOT speed up an order

The following actions won’t reduce processing time:

  • Contacting support to request faster editing

  • Sending multiple messages about the same order

  • Submitting duplicate orders

Support cannot manually move orders in the queue.

Why some orders can’t be sped up

Some orders require a fixed amount of time due to:

  • Multiple or complex services

  • Detailed manual adjustments

  • Quality review requirements

In these cases, extra time helps ensure the best possible result.
