Short answer
No. Once an order is sent for processing, it cannot be canceled.
How order processing works
When you submit an order, it is sent for processing and placed in the editing queue or assigned to a photo or video designer.
From that moment:
Manual work is scheduled or already in progress
Editing resources are reserved for your order
The order cannot be canceled
Why orders can't be canceled after submission
All RetouchMe orders are edited manually by real designers.
Once an order is sent for processing, canceling it would interrupt active workflows and affect other users' orders in the queue.
This rule applies whether the order:
Is waiting in the queue, or
Is already being edited by a designer
What if I made a mistake in my order?
If you notice an issue after submitting your order:
The order cannot be canceled, and the photo you uploaded cannot be swapped on that order
If you uploaded the wrong photo: a redo will not help — a redo re-processes the same photo you already submitted, so it cannot replace the image. The only way to get the edit on the correct photo is to place a new order with the right photo.
If the issue is with the result (not the photo), you can request a redo after the result is delivered. See How many revisions (redos) can I request?
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see a cancel option for my order?
Because orders cannot be canceled after they are sent for processing.
Can support cancel my order manually?
No. Support cannot cancel orders that have already been sent for processing.
I uploaded the wrong photo — can you cancel or fix it?
The order can't be canceled and the uploaded photo can't be swapped, and a redo would re-run the same wrong photo. Please place a new order with the correct photo.
Will I get credits back if I want to cancel?
No. Once an order is sent for processing, credits are used for manual work and are not returned.
