Short answer

An order is marked as Rejected if it cannot be processed. This happens when the uploaded file, content, or selected services don’t meet the requirements for editing.

What does “Rejected” mean

The Rejected status means that the order could not be completed and was stopped before editing began or during an initial review.

When an order is rejected:

  • Editing is not performed

  • The order is closed

  • It does not move forward in the processing queue

Common reasons an order may be rejected

An order may be rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • The file is damaged

The photo or video file cannot be opened or processed correctly.

  • Low-quality source file

The image or video has very low resolution, heavy blur, strong compression, or lacks enough detail for proper editing.

  • Adult content

The content contains nudity or explicit material that cannot be processed.

  • Violence

The content includes violent or graphic material that is not allowed.

  • No person selected for editing

The selected editing services require a person to be chosen, but no subject was selected in the editor.

  • Requested editing services cannot be applied

The selected services are not compatible with the uploaded photo or video, or the requested result cannot be achieved.

What happens to my credits

If an order is rejected, the credits used for that order are returned to your balance.

What can I do next

If your order was rejected:

  • Review the reason shown in the app, if available

  • Try submitting a new order with a different photo or video

  • Adjust your service selection to better match the uploaded content

This usually helps avoid rejection on the next attempt.
