How to delete a single order

Explains how to delete a single completed order from the Ready Orders list, which orders can be deleted, and what happens after deletion.

Short answer

You can delete a single completed order directly from the Ready Orders list:

  1. Open the order

  2. Tap the menu and select Delete

  3. Confirm

The order is removed from this device only. It cannot be recovered.


Where to find this option

The option is inside an individual order, in the Ready Orders list:

  • Open the Ready Orders section in the app

  • Tap the order you want to delete to open it

  • Open the menu inside the order and select Delete

  • Confirm in the dialog that appears


Which orders can be deleted

Only completed (ready) orders can be deleted this way.

  • Completed or ready orders — can be deleted

  • Orders still in Processing — cannot be deleted (you would need to wait for them to complete)


What this action does

Deleting a single order:

  • Removes the order from this device

  • Removes it from the Ready Orders list on this device


What this action does NOT do

Deleting a single order does not:

  • Delete the order from your account or from other devices

  • Refund any credits used for that order

  • Delete your login or account

If you sign in on another device, the order may still appear there.


Once deleted, the order cannot be recovered

A deleted order is permanently removed from this device. There is no undo and no way to bring it back from the app.

Before deleting, make sure you've saved any photos or videos you want to keep.


Other ways to remove orders

  • Delete all orders on this device — Settings → Data → Delete all orders. See Delete All Orders.

  • Reset all app data — Settings → Data → Reset app data. See Reset App Data.

  • Delete account — Settings → Data → Delete account also removes all orders on this device. See Delete Account.


Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see a Delete option for my order?

Delete is available only for completed or ready orders. Orders that are still being processed cannot be deleted.

Will this delete the order from my account?

No. The order is removed only from this device. If you sign in on another device, it may still appear there.

Can I recover a deleted order?

No. Once deleted, the order cannot be restored. Save any photos or videos you want to keep before deleting.

Will I get my credits back if I delete an order?

No. Deleting a completed order does not refund credits. Credits for completed orders cannot be returned.
