Delete All Orders

Learn what happens when you delete all orders from the app.

Short answer

The Delete all orders option removes all orders stored on this device.

This action does not delete orders from your account or from other devices.


Where to find this option

You can find this option in:

Settings → Data → Delete all orders


What this action does

When you tap Delete all orders, the app removes all orders saved locally on your current device.

This action:

  • Deletes all orders stored on this device

  • Removes the order history from this device


What this action does NOT do

Deleting orders on this device does not:

  • Delete orders from your account

  • Delete orders on other devices

  • Delete your login or account

If you sign in on another device, those orders may still appear there.


Deleting a single ready order

If you only want to delete one specific order instead of all orders, you can do this directly in the Ready Orders section. Open the order and use the delete option there.

Use Delete all orders only when you want to remove every order stored on this device.


Orders created without login

If you were not signed in when creating orders, those orders are stored only on that device.

Deleting all orders will permanently remove them from the device.


Other ways to delete all orders on this device

All orders stored on this device are also removed when you use:

  • Settings → Data → Reset app data — also clears all other app data on this device

  • Settings → Data → Delete account — also removes your email login and resets all app data on this device


Before deleting orders

Make sure you have saved any photos or videos you want to keep.

Completed orders may also be automatically removed after the storage period.

Will this delete my orders from my account?

No. It only deletes orders stored on this device.

Can I delete only one order instead of all of them?

Are there other actions that delete all orders on this device?

Yes. Reset app data and Delete account in Settings → Data also remove all orders stored on this device.

Can I recover orders after deleting them?

No. Once deleted from the device, they cannot be restored.

Will this affect orders on other devices?

No. Orders on other devices will remain unchanged.
