Why Are My Orders Missing?

Learn why your previous orders may not appear in the app and how to find them.

Short answer

If your orders are missing, it usually happens for one of these reasons:

  • You are not signed in

  • You signed in with a different email address

  • The orders were created on another device while you were not logged in

  • The orders are older than 30 days


Check this first

Before contacting support, check the following:

  • Make sure you are signed in to your account

  • Confirm you are using the same email address used when creating the order

  • If you used Sign in with Apple, check whether Hide My Email was enabled

These are the most common reasons why orders appear missing.


Orders without login

If you are not signed in, the app only shows orders created on the current device.

Orders created on other devices will not appear.

To see all your orders across devices, sign in to your account.

Once you are signed in, you will see orders created on any device where you were logged in.


Signed-in accounts

When you are signed in, your orders are linked to your account.

This means you can see orders created on different devices as long as you are logged in with the same email address.

If you sign in with a different email, a new account may be created and your previous orders will not appear.


Different email address

If your account looks empty or your previous orders are missing, you may have signed in with a different email.

Make sure you are using the same email address that was used when placing your orders.


Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email

If you used Sign in with Apple and selected Hide My Email, Apple creates a private relay email address.

In this case:

  • Signing in with your regular email may create a different account

  • You must continue using Sign in with Apple to access your original account


30-day order storage limit

Completed orders are stored for 30 days from the delivery date.

After this period, orders are automatically removed from the system.

If you want to keep your edited photos or videos, make sure to save them to your device before the storage period ends.


Still canโ€™t find your orders?

If you still cannot find your orders:

  1. Sign out of the app.

  2. Sign in again using the correct email address.

  3. Try another sign-in option using the same email.

If the issue continues, contact support and include:

  • The email addresses you may have used

  • Approximate date of your last order

  • Your device type
