How to sign in to RetouchMe

Learn how to sign in and what to do if you can’t access your account.

Short answer

Sign in using Apple, Google, Facebook, or Email.

If you choose Email, enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox.

RetouchMe does not use passwords.


Sign-in options

On the login screen, choose one of the following:

  • Continue with Apple

  • Continue with Google

  • Continue with Facebook

  • Continue with Email


Using different sign-in methods

If you sign in using different methods with the same email address, you will access the same account.

For example:

  • Google login + Email login with the same email → same account

  • Apple login (without Hide My Email) + Email login → same account

Your account is connected to your email address.


Important about “Sign in with Apple”

If you use Sign in with Apple and select Hide My Email, Apple creates a private relay email address.

In that case:

  • Signing in with your regular email will create a separate account

  • You must continue using Sign in with Apple to access the original account


Signing in with Email

  1. Tap Continue with Email.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox.

If you didn’t receive the code:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder

  • Make sure the email address is correct

  • Tap Resend to request a new code

Only the most recent code will work.

If the verification code doesn’t work, request a new one and try again.


If you can’t log in

If your login doesn’t work, your account is not recognized, or your previous orders are missing:

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address

  • Check whether you used Sign in with Apple and selected Hide My Email

  • Try another sign-in option using the same email


I changed my phone or reinstalled the app

If you switched devices or reinstalled the app:

  • Simply sign in again using any method linked to your email

  • Your account is not tied to your device

Do I need a password?

No. RetouchMe uses passwordless login.

Can I use different sign-in methods?

Yes. As long as the email address is the same, you will access the same account.

Why are my previous orders missing?

You may be signed in with a different email or used Hide My Email with Apple.
