Short answer
All RetouchMe purchases — credits, subscriptions, in-app payments — are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Your receipt is issued by the store, not by RetouchMe.
If you need an invoice for tax purposes or a VAT-compliant document, request it through the same store where the purchase was made.
How to find your Apple receipt
Apple emails a receipt automatically after each purchase. To find it again:
In the App Store — open the App Store, tap your profile, then Purchase History. Tap a purchase to see details.
In your email — search your inbox for messages from no_reply@email.apple.com or subject lines containing «Your receipt from Apple».
Via reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase and view all recent transactions.
How to find your Google Play receipt
Google emails a receipt automatically after each purchase. To find it again:
In the Google Play app — go to Account → Order history. Tap an order to see details.
In your email — search your inbox for messages from googleplay-noreply@google.com or subject lines containing «Your Google Play Order Receipt».
At pay.google.com — open Activity to see all Google Play transactions.
VAT and tax invoices
Because the merchant of record on your receipt is Apple or Google, only those platforms can issue VAT-compliant invoices.
Apple — request a VAT invoice via reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Google — open the order details in Google Play and use the Get tax invoice option (where supported in your region) or contact Google Play Support.
RetouchMe is unable to issue a separate invoice or change the billing name on a store receipt.
What support can help with

RetouchMe support cannot:
Issue receipts or invoices
Change the billing name, address, or VAT number on a receipt
Resend a store receipt — only Apple or Google can do this

Frequently Asked Questions
Can RetouchMe send me an invoice for my subscription or credit purchase?
No. The merchant of record is Apple or Google, so the receipt and any tax invoice come from them.
I lost my email receipt — what do I do?
Open Apple's Purchase History or Google Play's Order history (see above). Both keep your full purchase history.
Can I get a VAT-compliant invoice?
Yes — request it through Apple or Google. RetouchMe cannot issue VAT documents.
The receipt shows «Apple» or «Google» instead of «RetouchMe». Is that correct?
Yes. Apple and Google are the merchants of record for in-app purchases. Your purchase still belongs to your RetouchMe account.
I need a company name on the invoice. Can support help?
No. Billing details on the receipt are managed by Apple or Google. You can update your billing details in your Apple ID or Google Pay settings before making future purchases.
