How can I pay for an order?

Explains how to pay for an order using credits, including one-time credits and subscription credits.

Short answer

You can pay for an order in RetouchMe using credits. Credits can be purchased as a one-time payment or received through a subscription.


How payment works

To place an order, you need enough credits on your balance.

You can get credits in two ways:

  • By purchasing one-time credits

  • By using subscription credits from an active subscription

Credits are deducted automatically when you submit an order.


Where to buy credits

You can buy credits in two places in the app:

  • The Credits tab in the bottom tab bar β€” open it any time to view available packages and purchase credits.

  • The buy-credits screen also opens automatically after you submit an order if your balance is not enough to cover it.

In both cases the same credit packages are shown.


Paying with one-time credits

One-time credits are purchased separately and can be used at any time.

How it works:

  • Open the Credits tab in the bottom tab bar (or wait for the buy-credits screen to appear after submitting an order with not enough balance)

  • Choose a credit package

  • Complete the payment

  • Credits are added to your balance

  • Use them to pay for any supported service

One-time credits do not expire unless stated otherwise.


Paying with subscription credits

If you have an active subscription:

  • Subscription credits are added automatically each billing period

  • You can use them to pay for orders the same way as one-time credits

  • Subscription credits follow subscription rules and billing periods


What happens after payment

  • Credits are deducted when the order is created

  • Your order is sent for processing

  • You can track the order status in the app

If an order cannot be completed, unused credits are returned to your balance.


Important to know

  • Payment methods are managed by the App Store or Google Play

  • Deleting the app does not affect your payments or credits

  • Support cannot manually process payments or add credits

Where do I buy credits?

Open the Credits tab in the bottom tab bar. The same screen also appears automatically when you submit an order and your balance is not enough.

Can I pay directly with a credit card?

No. Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Orders are paid using credits.

Can I mix subscription credits and one-time credits?

Yes. Both types of credits can be used to pay for orders.
