Explains how to view your credit balance and credit history and understand how credits are added or deducted.

Updated this week

Short answer

You can view your current credit balance and credit history directly in the RetouchMe app. The balance shows how many credits you have, and the history explains how credits were added or deducted.

How to check your credit balance

To see your current credit balance:

• Open the RetouchMe app

• Tap the Settings menu in the top-right corner of the Home screen

• Open the History section

Your balance shows:

  • Available credits

  • Subscription credits and one-time credits combined

How to check your credit history

Your credit history helps you understand how your balance changed.

In the credit history, you may see:

  • Credits added from a subscription renewal

  • Credits purchased as a one-time payment

  • Credits deducted for completed orders

  • Credits returned if an order could not be completed

  • Adjustments after order changes or revisions

This makes it easier to track exactly where your credits went.

Why your credit balance may change

Your balance can change for several reasons:

  • You placed a new order

  • Your subscription renewed

  • An order was adjusted or revised

  • Credits expired at the end of a subscription period

  • Credits were returned for an uncompleted service

For more details, see “Why subscription credits changed”.

Important to know

  • Credit balance updates automatically

  • Credit history cannot be edited manually

  • Subscription and one-time credits may follow different rules

  • Support cannot modify your credit balance manually
