Explains RetouchMe's subscription refund policy, how refunds are handled, and where to request a refund.

Short answer

Canceling a RetouchMe subscription does not automatically result in a refund. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the subscription was purchased.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund

  • Subscription charges are handled by the platform where the purchase was made

  • Refund eligibility and timing depend on the platform's refund policy


Where refunds are handled

Refund requests must be submitted through the original purchase platform:

  • App Store (iOS) — refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies

  • Google Play (Android) — refunds are handled by Google according to Google Play policies

RetouchMe does not process refunds directly for subscriptions purchased through these platforms.

What happens if you cancel without a refund

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • Subscription credits remain available until the end of the active subscription period

  • Unused subscription credits expire after the period ends


How refunds affect credits

  • If subscription credits were already used for completed or in-progress orders, those credits are deducted from your balance

  • Used credits are not restored after a refund

  • A refund does not reverse completed work

  • If a refund is issued after credits were already used, the used credits are deducted from your balance


How long does a refund take?

Refund processing time depends on the platform and your payment method.

In most cases:

  • Refunds take several business days to process

  • The exact timing depends on the App Store or Google Play and your bank

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is approved

If a refund was approved but is not visible yet, it may still be processing on the platform side.


Important to know

  • Canceling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund

  • Refund approval is not guaranteed and depends on the platform

  • RetouchMe cannot override App Store or Google Play refund decisions

  • Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription or trigger a refund
