Your subscription must be canceled in the same place where you originally subscribed:
• iOS (App Store) — cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings
• Android (Google Play) — cancel in Google Play subscriptions
• Other platforms — cancel through the platform or account where the subscription was purchased
