What cannot be restored
One-time credits
One-time credits are not restored.
Used credits cannot be returned.
Reinstalling the app does not bring back spent credits.
How to restore an active subscription
Make sure you are signed into the correct:
Apple ID on iPhone
Google account on Android
Open the app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Restore Purchases.
If your subscription is active under that store account, it will appear automatically.
I changed my phone or reinstalled the app
If you switched devices or reinstalled the app:
Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
Open Settings β Restore Purchases in the app.
Your subscription is tied to your store account, not to your device or app login.
