Short answer
Active subscriptions can be restored from Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
One-time credits cannot be restored from a store receipt, but unused one-time credits can be transferred from another device via Settings → Connected devices.
Subscription restoration depends on your Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) — not on your in-app login.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If your subscription is still active, it can be restored.
Subscriptions are linked to:
Your Apple ID (iPhone / App Store)
Your Google account (Android / Google Play)
If the subscription has expired, access will not return.
One-time credits
One-time credits behave differently from subscriptions:
One-time credits are tied to the device where they were purchased — they are not restored automatically by the App Store or Google Play
Used credits cannot be returned
Reinstalling the app on the same device does not bring back spent credits
Unused credits on another device can be transferred to your current device using Connected devices (see below)
Transfer one-time credits from another device
If you have unused one-time credits on another device, you can move them to your current device:
Sign in on this device with the same login used on the device that has the credits.
Open Settings → Connected devices.
Select the device with the credits and tap Transfer credits.
The unused credits will move to your current device. Already-used credits cannot be transferred.
How to restore an active subscription
Make sure you are signed into the correct:
Apple ID on iPhone
Google account on Android
Open the app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Restore Purchases.
If your subscription is active under that store account, it will appear automatically.
I changed my phone or reinstalled the app
If you switched devices or reinstalled the app:
Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
Your subscription is tied to your store account, not to your device or app login.
For the full multi-device picture (what transfers, what stays on the device, iOS↔Android, reinstall), see Using RetouchMe on multiple devices.
Why your subscription may not appear
Your subscription may not show if:
Your device is logged into a different Apple ID or Google account
The subscription has expired
You can check your active subscriptions in:
App Store settings (iPhone)
Google Play subscriptions (Android)
