How to restore purchases

Learn how to restore your subscription on iPhone or Android after reinstalling the app or changing your device.

Updated yesterday

Short answer

Active subscriptions can be restored from Settings β†’ Restore Purchases in the app.

One-time credits are not restored.

Restoration depends on your Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) β€” not on your in-app login.

What can be restored

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If your subscription is still active, it can be restored.

Subscriptions are linked to:

  • Your Apple ID (iPhone / App Store)

  • Your Google account (Android / Google Play)

If the subscription has expired, access will not return.

What cannot be restored

One-time credits

  • One-time credits are not restored.

  • Used credits cannot be returned.

  • Reinstalling the app does not bring back spent credits.

How to restore an active subscription

  1. Make sure you are signed into the correct:

    • Apple ID on iPhone

    • Google account on Android

  2. Open the app.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Tap Restore Purchases.

If your subscription is active under that store account, it will appear automatically.

I changed my phone or reinstalled the app

If you switched devices or reinstalled the app:

  • Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.

  • Open Settings β†’ Restore Purchases in the app.

Your subscription is tied to your store account, not to your device or app login.

Why your subscription may not appear

Your subscription may not show if:

  • Your device are logged into a different Apple ID or Google account

  • The subscription has expired

You can check your active subscriptions in:

  • App Store settings (iPhone)

  • Google Play subscriptions (Android)
