Short answer
Open Settings and log out of your current email.
Sign in with the new email.
On the same device, your orders, one-time credits and active subscription stay available after you sign in with the new email.
RetouchMe does not use phone numbers — there is no phone to change.
How to change your email
Open the app and go to Settings.
Tap Log out of your current account.
On the login screen, choose Continue with Email (or Apple / Google / Facebook) using your new email address.
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to the new email to finish signing in.
Once you're signed in with the new email on the same device, your orders, credits and subscription are still there — nothing has to be moved manually.
What moves to the new email
Signing in with a new email on the same device keeps everything you already have on that device. These three things are tied to three different places, which is why this works on the same device and not across devices:
Orders, order history and settings — tied to your RetouchMe login email. They follow the email itself: sign in with the same email on any device and they are there.
One-time credits — tied to the device they were bought on, not to the email. They stay on this device under the new email. To use them on another device, transfer them via Settings → Connected devices → Transfer credits, signed in with the same email on both devices.
Active subscription — tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your RetouchMe email. It stays active here because the store account has not changed. Changing your RetouchMe email does not move the subscription, and changing your Apple ID or Google account does not carry it over.
You don't need to transfer anything manually as long as you stay on the same device.
Things to keep in mind
Sign in with Apple + Hide My Email: if you originally used "Hide My Email", Apple created a private relay address. To fully switch off of that, sign in with your real email going forward. See How to Sign In to RetouchMe.
Subscriptions billed via Apple or Google: the subscription itself is managed in the App Store / Google Play under your Apple ID or Google account — not your RetouchMe email. Changing the RetouchMe email does not change billing.
Different device: if you're not on the device where your orders live, sign in with the email already linked to that account instead of trying to move orders over. For credits on another device, see Using RetouchMe on multiple devices.
Do I need to contact support?
No. Changing the email is self-service through log out → log in with the new email. Contact support only if, after signing in with the new email, your subscription, credits, or orders didn't appear.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my phone number?
RetouchMe doesn't use phone numbers for the account — there's nothing to change.
Will I lose my subscription if I log out?
No. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your RetouchMe email, so changing the email does not affect it. On the same device your credits and orders stay available too.
Do my credits move to the new email?
One-time credits are tied to the device, not to the email, so they stay available on this device after you sign in with the new email. To move them to another device, use Settings → Connected devices → Transfer credits with the same email signed in on both.
Can I merge two accounts into one?
No. Each email is a separate account. The logout → login-with-new-email flow keeps your current device's data under the new email; it does not merge with another existing account.
I used Sign in with Apple — how do I change the email?
Log out, then sign in with your new email via Continue with Email (or Google / Facebook). If you were using Apple's "Hide My Email", don't reuse that option, or a new private relay address will be created.
