Delete Account

Learn what happens when you choose Delete account in the app.

Short answer

Choosing Delete account removes your email login, deletes all orders stored on this device, and resets all app data on this device.

You can create the same email login again later if needed.


Where to find this option

You can find this option in:

Settings β†’ Data β†’ Delete account


What this action does

When you tap Delete account, the app:

  • Removes the email login associated with your email

  • Signs you out of the app

  • Disconnects this device from this login

  • Deletes all orders stored on this device

  • Resets all app data on this device (same as Reset app data)

What this action does NOT do

Choosing Delete account does not:

  • Delete orders stored on other devices

  • Affect your subscription or credits managed by the App Store or Google Play

If you sign in on another device with the same email, orders created on that device may still appear there.


If you create the login again

If you create the same email login again later:

  • You will need to sign in again on each device

  • Devices will become linked to the login again after signing in

Will my orders be deleted?

Yes. All orders stored on this device will be deleted. Orders on other devices remain unchanged.

Will the app data be reset?

Yes. All app data on this device will be reset, the same way as Reset app data.

Can I create the same login again later?

Yes. You can create the same login again using the same email.
