Can I add more services to an existing order?

Learn whether you can add additional retouching services after submitting your order and what to do if you need more edits.

Updated this week

Short answer

No. Once your order has been submitted and is being processed, you cannot add new services to it.

If you need additional edits, you should create a new order based on the completed photo or video.

Why services can’t be added after submission

After you submit an order, it enters the processing queue and is assigned to a real photo or video designer.

At this stage:

  • The scope of work is fixed

  • The selected services determine the workflow and editing plan

  • The order is processed based only on the services originally selected

Adding new services during processing would disrupt the editing workflow and delay completion.

What to do if you need additional services

If you would like to apply more retouching services after receiving your result:

  1. Save the completed photo or video to your device.

  2. Create a new order using the edited file.

  3. Select the additional services you would like to apply.

This ensures the designer can work with the final result and apply the new services correctly.

Important: Do not use Redo to add new services

The Redo feature is предназначен only for correcting or improving the services that were already included in your original order.

You should not use Redo to:

  • Add completely new retouching services

  • Change the type of editing beyond the original scope

If you want additional retouching that wasn’t part of the original order, please create a new order instead.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add services while my order is still in the queue?

No. Once submitted, the order cannot be modified, even if it is still waiting in the queue.

Can I cancel and resubmit with more services?

If the order has already been submitted, cancellation is not available.

You’ll need to wait for completion and then create a new order if needed.

Why can’t new services just be added to the same order?

Each order is structured around the selected services at submission.

Adding new services mid-process would require recalculating the scope, price, and workflow, which is why a new order is required.
