Short answer
You can request redos only within 14 days after the order is completed. One redo is free, and additional redo requests during this period are available for an extra credit cost.
How redos work
If you’re not satisfied with the result of a completed order, you can request a redo by tapping Unlike on the order preview screen.
A redo allows the designer to revise the result based on your written feedback. To apply the changes correctly, you need to clearly describe what should be changed or fixed.
Free redo
Each order includes:
One free redo
Available within 14 days after the order is completed
This free redo is intended to correct or refine the original result.
Paid redos
If you request more than one redo for the same order:
Additional redos will require extra credits
The cost ranges from 20% to 50% of the original order price
The exact cost depends on how many redos have already been requested for that order
You’ll always see the required credit amount before proceeding.
How to write an effective redo request
To get the best result, your redo request should be:
Clear and specific
Focused on what needs to be changed
Based on the original services selected
If the instructions are unclear, the designer may not be able to apply the requested changes correctly.
Adding new services during a redo
If you want to include additional retouching services that were not part of the original order:
Extra credits equal to the cost of each new service will be deducted
These changes are treated as additional work
For the best results, we recommend creating a new order based on the edited photo or video and selecting the new services there.
Important to know
Redos are meant to improve the original result, not to redesign the order from scratch.
Major changes or new services may require extra credits or a new order.
