Short answer
If you've already had a redo and the result still doesn't match what you wanted, you have a few options:
Request another redo (additional redos cost 20%–50% of the original order price)
Make the next redo more specific — clearer instructions get better results
Create a new order with different services if the first redo showed that the wrong service was selected
Why a redo may not fully satisfy you
A redo can refine the original result, but it has limits:
Scope is fixed by the originally selected services. The editor can only adjust within those services. Adding new types of edits requires extra credits or a new order.
Source material may limit what's possible. Low resolution, blur, lighting, or what's visible in the photo or video can constrain edits. See What Affects the Editing Result.
Vague instructions are hard to act on. If the redo request didn't clearly say what to change, the designer may have applied a different correction than you expected.
How to make the next redo more effective
Be very specific. Instead of "I still don't like it", describe the exact issue and the change you want.
Reference the area. Attach a screenshot with a circle or arrow pointing to the spot.
Compare to the original. "Compared to the original photo, the [thing] looks [way]. Please make it [different]."
One redo, multiple changes. Bundle all the corrections you want into a single redo request to use one paid redo for everything.
Cost of additional redos
First redo: free. Included with every order.
Each additional redo: 20% to 50% of the original order price, depending on how many redos have already been requested.
Redos are only available within 14 days after the order was completed.
Support cannot approve extra free redos — pricing rules are fixed.
See How many revisions (redos) can I request? for the full policy.
When to create a new order instead of redoing
A new order is the better choice when:
You realize you need services that weren't part of the original order (the redo can't add new service types)
You want to apply edits to a different area or use a different reference
The result is fine, but you want a more dramatic change than a redo can deliver
Save the latest result and use it as the starting photo for a new order.
If you've tried multiple redos and it still isn't right
If clear instructions and an additional redo haven't fixed the issue, the request may be outside what the originally selected services can deliver. Contact support with your order number and a description of what's still wrong — support can review the order and clarify whether the request is something the service can deliver, or recommend a different approach (such as which services to choose for a new order).

Frequently Asked Questions
Will support give me a free additional redo?
No. Redo limits and pricing rules are fixed and cannot be overridden.
What if I'm running out of the 14-day window?
Submit the redo before the window expires, even if you're not 100% sure of the wording. You can clarify in follow-up messages on the order.
My second redo also missed the mark — should I keep going?
If multiple redos haven't fixed the issue, the request might be outside what the selected services can deliver. Consider a new order with different services, or contact support with your order number for a review.
