Learn what to do if you are not satisfied with your photo or video editing result.

Short answer

If you are not satisfied with the result, you can request a redo directly in the app.

Open the completed order and tap Dislike or select Redo in the menu.


Request a redo

If you don’t like the result, you can send the order for a redo.

To do this:

  1. Open the completed order.

  2. Tap Dislike or select Redo in the menu.

  3. Describe what you would like to change.

  4. Submit the request.

Your order will be reviewed and sent for correction.


Why results may look different than expected

Editing results depend on several factors, including:

  • The quality of the original photo or video

  • Lighting and visibility of the subject

  • The selected editing service

  • The instructions provided with the order

These factors may affect how the edit can be applied.
