Why were extra services added to my order?

Explains why new services can be added to an order during a redo, how they are charged, and how to avoid extra charges.

Short answer

If a redo request asks for changes that were not part of the original order, the designer does that work as new services. These services are added to the order, and their cost in credits is deducted from your balance.

How it works

  • Designers edit strictly according to the services selected in the order.

  • A redo is meant to correct the result of the original services. Two redos per order are free.

  • If the redo request includes changes beyond the original services, those changes are added to the order as new services. Each new service costs the same number of credits as when it is selected in a new order.

How to avoid extra charges

  • Select all the services you need when you create the order.

  • In a redo request, describe only what should be fixed in the original services.

  • For new changes, create a new order based on the edited photo or video.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did my balance decrease after a redo?

Your redo request included changes outside the original services, so they were added to the order as new services and charged.

Is this the same as a paid redo?

No. Paid redos (after the two free ones) are a separate charge for the redo itself. New services are charged for the extra work they require. See How many revisions (redos) can I request?
