When will my order be ready?

Explains how order processing time is calculated, why estimates may change, and what factors affect how quickly an order is completed.

Short answer

Order processing time depends on how many services are included in your order, the type of those services, the complexity of your photo or video, and the current order queue. Since all orders are edited manually by real designers, the estimated completion time may change as work progresses.

How order processing works

All orders in RetouchMe are handled by real photo and video designers, not automated systems.

Each order is edited individually to achieve the best possible result.

Because of this, processing time can vary from order to order.

What affects how long an order takes

The final completion time depends on several factors:

  • The number of services included in the order

  • The complexity of applying those services to a specific photo or video

  • The quality and details of the original image or footage

  • The current order queue

  • Whether priority processing is applied

To deliver the best possible result, designers may sometimes spend more time on an order than originally planned.

How the order queue works

Orders are processed in a queue.

The size and speed of the queue can change depending on:

  • Time of day

  • Day of the week

  • Holidays and peak periods

  • Overall number of active orders

Because of this, queue conditions may change while your order is being processed.

Estimated time shown in the app

On the order waiting screen, you’ll see an estimated processing time.

This estimate is based on current queue conditions and average processing times.

Important to know:

  • The estimated time is not a guaranteed deadline

  • It may update if queue conditions change

  • Some orders may finish earlier, while others may take longer

Can I speed up my order?

In some cases, you may see an option to purchase higher priority directly on the order waiting screen.

Please note:

  • Priority processing is not always available

  • Priority improves queue position but does not guarantee instant completion

  • Availability depends on current workload

What should I do if my order takes longer than expected?

If your order is still processing:

  • Check the current order status in the app

  • Review the updated estimated time on the waiting screen

  • Allow extra time during busy periods or holidays
