Short answer
If submitting an order fails, it's usually a temporary issue with your connection or the app. Try a few quick steps before contacting support:
Check your internet connection
Restart the app
Try submitting again
What to try
If your order doesn't go through after tapping submit:
Make sure your internet connection is stable.
Close the app and open it again.
Try submitting the order again.
If it still fails, restart your device and try once more.
Why this can happen
Submission may fail for reasons such as:
Temporary connection issues during checkout
The app or device is under heavy load
A short server-side delay
In most cases, retrying after a moment resolves the issue.
If the submission keeps failing
If submitting still doesn't work after retrying:
Make sure your photos uploaded successfully (see I Can't Upload a Photo)
Make sure you have enough credits on your balance (see How can I pay for an order?)
Make sure the file is in a supported format (see What file formats and limits are supported?)
If everything looks fine and submission still fails, contact support with:
Your device model and OS version
A screenshot of what happens when you try to submit
Approximate time of the failed attempt
