I Can't Upload a Photo

Learn what to do if a photo upload fails when creating an order.

Short answer

If a photo upload fails, the app will show an error message with a Try again button.

Tap Try again to restart the upload.


When an upload fails

If the app cannot upload your photo, an error message will appear.

You will see a Try again button that allows you to restart the upload without selecting the photo again.

In most cases, tapping Try again resolves the issue.


Common reasons

Photo uploads may fail if:

  • Your internet connection is unstable

  • The upload was interrupted

  • The connection temporarily dropped

  • The file format isn't supported (PSD, TIFF, RAW are not accepted in the mobile app)


What to try

If the upload still fails:

  1. Tap Try again to restart the upload.

  2. Check that your internet connection is stable.

  3. Close the app and open it again.

  4. Try selecting the photo again.

  5. Make sure the file format is supported — see What file formats and limits are supported?
