📝 Important Information Before Requesting an Order Redo

📖 Note. You can request a redo within 14 days of completing your order.

Providing detailed feedback is critical to ensuring that your concerns are addressed effectively. Outline your issues clearly, include as much detail as possible, including specific examples and screenshots if possible, to help the team understand and rectify the problem accurately.

Keep in mind the following:

  • You can request a redo if the retouched picture does not meet your expectations.

  • Our service offers one free redo per order.

  • Any additional redo requests will incur a fee ranging from 20% to 50% of the order cost, depending on the number of previous redos for the same order.

Additionally, edits adhere strictly to the original service specifications, and repeated requests for changes may be limited to maintain overall quality.

🔢 How to Request an Order Redo

To request your order redo:

  1. Select the photo you want to redo:

    • Go to the "Ready" section in the main menu.

    • Tap the photo you’d like to have redone.

  2. Submit your redo request:

    • Press the "Redo" button in the lower-right corner.

  3. Finalize your request:

    • In the text box that appears, explain why you’re not satisfied with the results.

    • Be specific and clear about what you want changed—if your instructions are not concise and precise, the designer may not understand your wishes correctly.

    • Press "Accept and Send" to submit your redo request.

➕ Adding Additional Retouching Services to an Order Redo

If you want to add new retouching services that weren’t part of the original order, credits equal to the cost of those services will be deducted from your balance. Please note that this may cause your balance to become negative in case you don't have enough credits.

For requests that go beyond available services, the Individual Retouch Service will be applied.
