⚠️ Important Information about Deleting Your Account
Here's what you need to know before proceeding with account removal:
Permanent deletion: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
What will be deleted:
All ready orders.
All credits on your balance (both purchased and earned).
Your RetouchMe app account.
Deletion process: After you confirm deletion, the process can take up to 24 hours.
Subscription management: If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Save your ready photos: Ensure that all completed retouched photos are saved to your device before proceeding with deletion.
🛡️ Data Retention Policy
If you delete the RetouchMe app, any images you’ve sent to RetouchMe and all completed retouched images are automatically deleted 30 days after account deletion.
🗑️ Steps to Delete Your Account
To delete your account in the app:
Open the RetouchMe app.
Go to Settings in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the Settings menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Delete Account."
Choose one of the following options:
Delete Only Orders: This will delete your completed and retouched photos but keep your RetouchMe account active.
Delete Account: This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
