Find out how credits are deducted, why your credit balance might be negative, and how to check your credit history.

📜 Checking your credit history (balance)

To see when and how many credits were added or deducted from your balance:

  • Tap on "History" in the app's Settings menu.

  • In the "History" section, you can view the details of your orders and how you earned your credits.

Note

  • If the credits didn't appear in the app right away, it might mean that the bank is still processing your payment.

  • On business days, the payment might not be processed.

  • You should check the payment status once it's a regular day and try calling the bank if it is still pending.

➖ Managing negative balance

A negative balance may occur in the following situations:

  1. ❌ Canceled payments: If a payment is canceled after credits have already been used, your balance will show as negative.

    • To review the details, check your account History in the Settings menu in the app.

  2. 🔙 Refund requests: If a refund is approved, the current credit balance in your account will be reduced by the amount of the refunded transaction.

    • This reflects the reversal of the purchase for which the credits were initially awarded.

  3. ➕ Included additional retouching services (not part of the original order) in a redo request. In such cases, extra credits will be deducted from your balance.

🔄️ Redo requests and credit deductions

If you wish to include additional retouching services in a redo request, extra credits will be deducted from your balance:

  • The cost of each new service will be calculated and deducted accordingly.

  • For services not listed among the available offerings in the app, the Individual Retouch Service will be applied.

⭐ Why didn’t I receive all the credits after topping up?

When you decide to upgrade or downgrade your RetouchMe subscription, changes to your credits can occur. Here’s how it works:

  • Credits are adjusted based on your current subscription level and usage.

  • Any credits already used for retouching services from your previous plan are deducted during the subscription upgrade or downgrade process.

🔝 Upgrading Your Subscription

The following what happens when you upgrade your subscription:

  • Immediate Access to New Features: When you upgrade, you immediately gain access to all the features and benefits of the higher-level plan.

  • Prorated Refunds: The unused portion of your current subscription is refunded by Apple as a prorated amount. This refund is processed directly by Apple and may take time to reflect in your account.

  • Credits Adjustment: Some credits from your previous subscription may be deducted if they were already used for professional retouching services included in your original plan.

⬇️ Downgrading Your Subscription

The following what happens when you downgrade your subscription:

  • Active Until Renewal Date: If you downgrade, your current subscription remains active until its renewal date.

  • Automatic Renewal: At the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will renew at the lower level and price.
