📵 Can I recover my photos from the app?
RetouchMe does not store your original or edited photos on its servers, so it's not possible to recover your photos from the app, unfrotunately. All images are saved locally on your device’s gallery.
If your phone is broken or lost, we recommend checking any cloud backups (like iCloud, Google Photos, or other services) that might have stored your photos automatically.

📲 Transferring account to new phone
To transfer your account to your new phone:
Log in on Your New Phone.
Open the RetouchMe app on your new device.
Log in using the same account credentials you used on your previous phone.
Restore Purchases.
Tap the “Restore Purchase” button in the “Settings” section on the app's Home screen.
This should sync your credits and subscription to your new phone.
Troubleshooting Subscription Issues
If restoring purchases doesn’t work, ensure you’re logged into the same Google Play or App Store account where the subscription was purchased.
If the issue persists, cancel the subscription via App store or Play Market and repurchase it.
