➖ How to Handle Negative Credit Balance

Learn in what cases a negative balance may occur.

A negative balance may occur in the following situations:

  1. ❌ Canceled Payments

    • If a payment is canceled after credits have already been used, your balance will show as negative.

    • To review the details, check your account History in the Settings menu in the app.

  2. 🔙 Refund Requests

    • If a refund is approved, the current credit balance in your account will be reduced by the amount of the refunded transaction.

    • This reflects the reversal of the purchase for which the credits were initially awarded.

  3. ➕ Additional Retouching Services

    • If additional retouching services (not part of the original order) are included in your redo request, extra credits will be deducted from your balance.
