To check your credit history/balance:
Open the RetouchMe app.
Tap on "History" in the app's Settings menu.
In the "History" section, you can view the details of your orders and how you earned your credits.

Why didn’t I receive all the credits after topping up?
If the credits didn't appear in the app right away after topping up, it might mean that the bank is still processing your payment.
If the missing credits don't appear on your balance and/or the payment is still pending even after some time, contact your card issuer/bank to clarify why the payment is still processing.
